Babies Can’t Wait Multimedia Toolkit
Long-term health and education outcomes are significantly improved for children who receive early support services. However, widespread lack of knowledge that early support services exist is a significant barrier to many people accessing these services for their child before their third birthday. In addition, many families, especially those that have marginalized identities, do not always feel comfortable moving forward with services.
In this context, WCEL has created the below films to use as outreach tools for social media, medical office screens, and usage by Family Resources Coordinators and health care providers to share directly with families to encourage them to give Early Support services a try.
We grant our permission to change the final screen to referral to your local referral service.
Films in the English language have English language subtitles to increase accessibility and the Spanish language films have Spanish language subtitles for the same reason.
Please email us with feedback on the films and input for the future as we plan to continue to make Babies Can't Wait films for additional cultural and linguists groups.
