Monthly Ordering Schedule:

Orders will be made on or around the 20th of each month, depending on staff availability.

Example:

Orders open period Oct 15-Nov 14th

Orders will be placed between Nov 15-20

IMPORTANT

If you are NOT a new employee, you must cover shipping and tax which is dependent on item type(s) and quantity. After you place your order, Ella will send you an invoice with the accurate amount. All orders must be paid for in advance.

Payment Options:

  • Check (made payable to Whatcom Center for Early Learning)

  • Venmo (@WCELkids) 1.9% Venmo fee will be added 

  • No Charge (please select on form if you are new staff or if you received a voucher)
